Blur Camera for Android

Developed by Shuang Quan Pan, Blur Camera is an advance photo-editing app that specializes on the blurring aspect. It comes with a magnifying box feature to accurately target - and therefore let you correct - specific areas within a photograph. With this, you will be able to control this blurring aspect in photo editing so that you do not overdo it and therefore ruin the integrity and artistry of the picture.  

There are various types of blurring that you can apply for your project:

The first is the linear type, which are parallel lines that serve as the blueprint for the target area.The second is the point type - which is perhaps the most precise, as it lets you tap on the specific point that needs blurring. The third type is the radial - which starts as a single point and then blurs outwards in an almost spiral pattern or motion. The fourth type is curiously called 'erase' - which is described as something that takes the form of mosaic patterns.
